Here at Siena's Sweet Treats we make every item from scratch, using nothing less than the highest quality, all natural ingredients. You'll never find any chemical additives in our products and after just one bite, you will understand why our customers keep coming back for more of our delicious dairy, egg and gluten free treats.
All our products are fully tried, tested and endorsed by Caroline Sproule, an experienced nutritionist at Bromsgrove Allergy and Nutrition Centre. Caroline has over 15 years expertise in her field and runs her own private practice. We have worked very closely with Caroline over the years developing and supporting Allergy Groups and talks held at her practice.
All Siena's Sweet Treats products have met rigorous testing in scientific laboratories to confirm that our products, where stipulated, are gluten, egg and dairy free and are suitable for such dietary requirements. Please see our certificates for more information.
All of our cakes and biscuits are handmade with a base mix which includes a flour free from gluten and wheat. We use raising agents, dairy free spread which is primarily made from sunflower and other vegetable oils. To our base we may also add, where necessary fruit and other natural flavourings.
For the toppings on our cakes, we use caster sugar and water, together with the same sunflower spread. The edible cake fancies that we use are also gluten and lactose free for your peace of mind.
